This was literally the most pleasant doctor’s visit I’ve ever had! I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Right Step. Dr Swan, Mike, and Melody are so kind and welcoming and make you feel at ease. I came for a very painful ingrown toenail. Dr Swan went over all of my treatment options. Melody went over my out of pocket costs prior to the procedure to ensure I felt comfortable with everything. The procedure was quick and painless. The aftercare kit is a lifesaver so you don't have to make unnecessary trips to the drug store. It is now day 2 of recovery and I have had no pain or discomfort, even after the numbing wore off. If you are looking for a fantastic Podiatrist and empathetic and caring medical team, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing experience! Dr. Swan is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. She truly listens to her patients and takes the time to understand their needs. My mom has dementia, and Dr. Swan showed so much patience and compassion, making sure she understood everything clearly. I was also impressed that she recommended natural supplements to support healing rather than immediately turning to more prescriptions. In just one week, my mom’s wound has improved more than it had in the past four months! We are so grateful for her care and dedication. The aftercare kit that is offered is so convenient and reasonably priced. The receptionist is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I should have written this two years ago but things have been quite hectic…so my apologies. This doctor and her staff are phenomenal. Dr. Swan took care of my ingrown toenail issue and promptly provided me relief from pain. If I ever have any foot issues, Dr. Swan will be my first contact. Oh and love the foot soaking products. I came to Dr. Swan several months ago as an older, immunocompromised patient with several foot problems that I had not addressed until the pain was regularly waking me up at night. She was thorough, competent, patient, and helped me tackle them, one by one. I followed instructions daily. I used the products she recommended--from shoe inserts to fungal solutions, to toe separators, to soaking solutions. I saw real progress over the following months. I also got a different size shoe, not noticing how tight my former size was. She has helped me avoid surgery as well, which would not be advisable for me with my health as it is. I really appreciate her approach to care and the patient-doctor relationship she fosters. I trust her.
